Hardest Hit Fund Program
This is a new program designed to assist unemployed and underemployed borrowers with mortgage payments. Please click on the link below and you will be referred to the Keep My TN Home website where you can begin the screening process to see if you are eligible. Once you have completed your eligibility screening, you will be contacted by one of our counselors to continue the application process. We will also work with you and your servicer to identify other programs that you may be eligible for including Making Home Affordable, other loan modification programs and traditional loss mitigation options.
